Do

  1. Show API-rich fields: capability/fixture counts, risk, autonomy floors, linked cases.
  2. Search + arena/depth filters; paginate or virtualize all 41 rows.
  3. Detail route /library/:intelligenceId with maturity story in human language.
  4. Home overview strip on Library (health counts + “what’s next”).
