L05 — U2 case orchestration

Plan

Materialize integration-case flows and LCDL orchestration bindings for U2_i2_case packs. Cases must exercise coordinator + unit graph end-to-end.

Do

1. Run python3 tools/remediate_lmeta_lcdl.py cases.
2. Ensure each U2 case pack has lmeta flow, bindings, and pytest coverage in tests/test_integration_cases_full.py.
3. Regenerate gap report for L05 check-phase.
