Plan

Align mathgenesis and physicsgenesis lmeta unit files with FI pack parity. Close genesis-specific gaps from audit.

Do

1. Run python3 tools/remediate_lmeta_lcdl.py genesis.
2. Materialize missing math/physics unit stubs referenced in gap report.
3. Keep genesis partition policy: learner cannot read reference partitions.
