Regenerate maturity rollup, heatmap, and uplift briefs from remediated packs. Gap report must reflect post-L05 state.

Do

  1. Run python3 tools/generate_intelligence_maturity.py (no hand-edited tables).
  2. Confirm docs/MATURITY-HEATMAP.md updates.
  3. Re-run python3 tools/audit_lmeta_lcdl_gaps.py and refresh LMETA-LCDL-GAP-REPORT.md.
