Starter FI-local LCDL contracts

These are proposal-quality contract specifications for forge-intelligence/lcdl/contracts/. They are not registered tasks and do not claim runtime implementation.

Updated

Each task is intelligence-specific, so it belongs in forge-intelligence under the existing FI/LCDL ownership rule. Implementations should compose generic forge-lcdl tasks and operators rather than forking the runtime.

Proposed tasks:

  • intelligence_math_knowledge_ingest_v1;
  • intelligence_math_candidate_validate_v1;
  • intelligence_math_concept_promote_v1;
  • intelligence_physics_model_assess_v1.

Before registration, add repository-native input/output models, deterministic validators, golden fixtures, allowlist entries, and evaluation suites.
